Our Unique History
ATcicJ Ministries is a unique Ministry ordained by the Lord Jesus Christ to provide a last opportunity to all those who cross our path. Since many individuals would never step into a conventional Church, the Lord instructs us where we are to conduct Ministry Services each season. Luke 9:58 declares, "And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head." Just as our Lord Jesus had no set place to lay His head because He had to complete His Father's mission, there are many Ministries that are charged to "Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15). For that reason, we will always be ready to move with the cloud (Exodus 13:21).
Oftentimes, Jesus' platform was in someone's home (Matthew 8:14-16, Mark 2:1-12, and Luke 19:5-10); and He journeyed and ministered wheresoever His Father commanded. The early Church also ministered in unconventional places including saints' homes (Acts 2:1-4, Acts 5:42, Acts 28:30-31, 1st Corinthians 16:19, Colossians 4:15, and Philemon 1:2). They did whatever they needed to do to get the will of the Lord done.
Many years ago, before her husband was instructed to start the Ministry, Mother Prophetess Harris had a dream. When the Lord was calling her out of the ministry where she gave her life to Jesus nearly seven years earlier, she started having night dreams that she left the ministry to do something remarkable. They were not dreams of backsliding. In her dreams, she was at another Church and did not recognize anyone. Now, she knows she was married to the leader. Yet, at the time, the Lord did not allow her to discern that piece of information.
She also had several dreams of storms and tornadoes with crowds of people in the way of its path. Her future husband was ministering to hundreds of people, leading them to safety in a house. In the dreams, they had a ministry in their home, filled with people from the basement to the living room. All who believed their warning found safety away from the path of the tornado. Those tornadoes appeared to be a mile wide and tremendously dark. When she awoke, she pondered the meaning of the dreams. She knew she would not be at that ministry much longer. She never spoke any words about a house ministry to Apostle Harris. That is something that was made clear much later.
Soon after, Apostle Prophet Michealangelo understood that he was charged to have a close-quarter Ministry to ensure that those called into his presence would be full of the Holy Ghost and fulfill all the Lord's requirements. In the same way that Jesus had a close-quarter Ministry with His Apostles, the Lord Jesus has charged Apostle Harris to raise up five-fold officers through the laying on of hands, as the Lord Jesus instructs, minus the Apostles. The Apostles are men chosen sovereignly by the Lord and not by the laying on of hands as the Lord did in the beginning. It is important to make this clear. No Apostle can become an Apostle by the laying on of hands or anointing with oil.
Mind you, everyone will not fulfill their calling. They might start but if their hearts are not right, they will not fulfill their calling.
Our Ministry in Pictures
July to October 2003 to January 2004 - This is the first place where Apostle Harris ministered to nearly twenty souls. The Ministry was formed while He and his late mother lived in this home.
Apostle's Book: Called of God at 165 mph, Chapter 17, P. 439, "The Angels of the Lord marched through and gathered in my mother's house" highlights the supernatural experience he had in that home.
In June 2003, the Holy Spirit instructed Apostle Harris to conduct Sunday Service at Fern's house. There were only two services held there before they resumed at Mother Harris' house.
January 2004 to January 2006 - The Lord moved us to an extended Stay. We ministered in that room until there was standing room only. The details concerning how the Lord provided for us supernaturally is also in the Apostle's Book: Called of God at 165 mph, Chapter 17, P. 461, "Living in an Extended Stay facility with two beds for over two years.

In June/July 2004, while we lived and had Ministry in the Hotel, the Lord told Apostle Harris that a woman he ministered to was going to call him and ask for Bible teachings. She called within hours and asked if she and her children, along with others, could receive Bible teachings from Apostle. We went to her home; they all repented and received Words from the Lord. January 2006 to November 2008 - The Lord moved us out of the extended stay with a mighty hand; the builder paid all move-in costs for a new condominium where we ministered and offered salvation to nearly a thousand souls.
In 2007, while living there, several saints dreamed of the ministry moving to a sunny place.
In 2010, the Lord told Apostle Harris, "I AM about to move you to a wide, open space."
From the start of the Ministry, the Lord Jesus always told Apostle Harris where to go to administer Water Baptism.
In 2004, while living in the Extended Stay, the Lord Jesus instructed Apostle to ask several churches if he could use their baptism pool; all said, "No," except for one who allowed one baptism ceremony.
